Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Returns and exchange details
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you would like a refund it must take place within 7 days from the arrival of your package and items must be in the same condition.
I will credit you the total amount paid (minus my shipping costs) after I receive the returned product.
Payment
I accept Paypal, debit cards, and credit cards.

If I do not receive payment within 7 days, and I do not hear a response from the buyer about the purchase, I will cancel the order. Thank you for understanding.

Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual comments under the listing.

Estimated shipping times:
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping upgrades are available at your request and at the buyer's expense.
