Welcome to my shop! Highest quality scrub caps with most comfortable fit! All styles have been custom designed by a me, a registered nurse, for comfort, durability and style!

All caps are 100% cotton unless otherwise stated in listing. Caps are machine washable gentle cycle in cool water, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. I air dry my caps so they will maintain a crisp feel, but many customers tumble dry with excellent results. Please note that multiple caps are cut from one piece of material. How the pattern appears on the front of the cap may vary slightly from what appears in the listing photo!

Please be sure of your purchase prior to submitting your order! We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Caps are made to order and we do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges! We would not want to wear a cap someone else has worn, and are certain our customers expect and deserve the same. If you feel we have earned less than a five star rating or you have any issues with quality and/ or construction, please contact me directly! I want you to be happy with your purchase and to provide a product you will enjoy and wear.

Packages are shipped 1-3 business days after order is placed. If your package is delayed, please be patient or ask your postal service. **We do not refund for lost, undelivered or delivered packages!!!!! If your package has been marked delivered by the post office, there are options for you to find it! Ask someone in your household, ask your neighbor, Go to the post office and inquire with the tracking #, file a missing mail claim on usps.com. It is our goal to process, package and ship your order within 1-3 business days to make sure you receive it in the way we would want to receive it. Tracking info is updated on your order.

After your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, delivered or undeliverable. If it is returned to us due to incorrect address it is the buyers’ responsibility to repay shipping fees to reship your items. It can take 30 days for an undeliverable item to be returned…if it ever gets returned.

We will help you locate the package by providing all relevant tracking information, but we DO NOT reship or refund your order. We don’t file claims. Please call your local your Post Office and/or local Customs Office if this occurs.


🚨 We do NOT accept CANCELLATIONS on orders, as items are made to order. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to read the description of our listings, ask any questions if you have any before you choose to add to your cart. Ordering by accident, ordering items LEFT in your cart, ordering by mistake etc., is not an excuse to cancel. There is NO excuse to cancel an order you chose to hit several buttons to buy.
