Custom orders are typically $34.99 and take 3-4 weeks to make. Customs are priced at a lower rate because i have the right to enter any custom design in my shop. If you would like a completely one of a kind (nonduplicated) pair of mouse ears please read about my one of a kind mouse ear option below!

One of a kind mouse ears will never be duplicated or enter the shop. One of a kind mouse ears start at $34.99. There is a $50 licensing fee for each pair of one of a kind ears. The licensing fee ensures that the ears will never be remade or enter my shop.

Most crowns start off at 18-19 inches and generally can fit any sizes after that because the flower crown is expandable. If you have any sizing questions please feel free to contact us!

We use high-quality adhesive and wire to assure a high-quality product. But this product is delicate and must be treated sensitively. Do not yank or tug at any of the flowers. The ears should not be worn in the rain or on water rides. Be sure not to step or sit on it. Place it in a dry area when it is not in use.

l currently do not accept returns. If for any reason there is a problem with your order please message me. If you item arrived broken, damaged, or is the incorrect order please let me know within 3 days of receiving your item and I will work with you to fix any problems that might have occurred.

To receive a refund items must be unworn and in original packaging. Depending on the circumstance you may be required to pay for your own return shipping costs

If for any reason a refund is given. Refunds will be dispersed to the buyer once the item is in my possession. (Items damaged due to the mail carrier will be reimbursed once pictures have been provided).

These crowns are handmade. No two flower crowns are the same. Please expect slight differences in colours of the items, as they may look differently in different lighting. As each item is handmade, they may vary a little bit to the original photos.

Attention our products may contain small items, please supervise the products’ use with young children for their safety.

Delays of delivery may occur due to customs clearance, weather, and wrong addresses provided. We are not responsible for postal delays when the orders are dispatched during the allotted dispersal time currently 2-3 weeks. Refunds are not provided for incorrect addresses given by the buyer. We will happily reship your item once the new address is provided. If you experience any issues with shipping during your experience contact us and we will take care of any issues! In order to avoid shipping issues order your item as earlier as possible to give plenty of time to receive your item.

Any International buyers are responsible to check local customs fees and import duties. Your purchase price and shipping fees do not include such fees. These charges must be paid by the buyer. All purchases will be declared as "merchandise" and the appropriate value declared. We will not refund items which are returned because the customer does not wish to pay their custom duties.

Enchanted Alexandra gets to work prepping your items for shipment almost immediately. But we do understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your order. We allow a four hour time period for you to cancel your order in case it was by mistake and or other reasonings. Items cannot be canceled after that time period except for extremely unique circumstances. If you believe you have a unique circumstance please feel free to contact us so we may assist you. Orders that have been shipped to the buyer cannot be canceled whatsoever. A shipping receipt can be provided as proof. We appreciate your cooperation and assure you that you will love all the enchanted Items you will purchase from our Etsy shop.

Mouse ear wire is bendable. It is made from 12 gauge wire. Although I wrap each pair of mouse ears with care. The wire can still come bent depending on the way the package is handled by the mail carrier. But the good news is that the wire is easily bent back into shape! all you need is a candle or any other round object. Place the wire ears over that object and begin molding the ears back into shape. I use a 4 x 4 candle to mold my ears into place. If you have any other questions or concerns about the wire please message me. If the wire is misused by the custom I am unable to provide a refund. If you are looking for sturdier ears I highly suggest checking out my sewed ears.
