In Everyone's Life some Magic must Fall.
Enchanted Craft began as a 'shingle' or name to cover all of my skills and abilities in 1988. At the time I created in acrylic paint and clay. Usually my themes were fantasy, Florida, and fine art. Now, many years later, my shop still has fantasy items in it and art is still my love. I firmly believe that a handmade item is a bit of magic- just think, a nondescript pile of supplies magically transforms into something amazing--> All through the talent of the creative mind.
My mother and I fill this shop with well made, unique, and beautiful items. Every piece, from the boxes to the hats are designed and then created by us.
My mother, a truly skilled knitter, can take and idea and run with it. I chart her knitted creations and then her needles fly with amazing speed and expertise. She is VERY PICKY about her knitting- nothing is created with dropped stitches, split stitches, or any other mistake. She knits hats and fingerless gloves ONLY 'in the round'- which means there are no seams at all.
I am a skilled seamstress, painter, and jewelry artist (among other things).
