Production and Shipping
Production Time:
Our normal production time for custom orders is usually 1 days, (during our peek holiday season that can increase to 2-4 days).
Shipping:
We make all attempts to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If we have a question about making your item, we will need to contact you before producing your order. Please check your etsy messages for any correspondence or tracking details about your order.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer shipping with a gift box as an option when checking out for many of our items. Please see item description for items that we are unable to gift box.
While we do not gift wrap items, items can be shipped in our Natural Kraft Gift box's. With your gift box you are welcome to add a note to be included with your order. Please enter any gift message in the notes to seller section under any custom text for your order.
