I have many tutorials and backgrounds that are not listed on Etsy. Feel free to email me at hello@taramapes.com to get started on a custom listing.
CAN I EDIT SOMEONE'S PICTURE INTO YOUR BACKGROUNDS IF I DIDNT PERSONALLY TAKE THEIR PICTURE?
No. My backgrounds are licensed to photographers who personally take pictures of their clients. They may not be used for editing services, remote editing offers etc. Please refer to the listing for full terms of use.
CAN YOU SEND MY PURCHASE TO A DIFFERENT EMAIL THAN WHAT I USED TO BUY IT?
No, your downloads are available in your Etsy account, access it by clicking on your profile, navigating to purchases and clicking the download button next to this purchase. Per my policies I do not send digital purchases to non-buyer emails under any circumstances. If you are having issues with your Etsy account, you must contact Etsy to resolve those issues as sellers do not have account level access.
LICENSE REVOCATION and REFUSAL OF SALE
If you purchased a background and violated the license terms your license to use the files will be revoked immediately. Please carefully review the license terms.
LOST FILES
Any purchase made should be saved to your computer and/or a cloud service. Enchanted Eye Creations is not responsible to replace lost files. If you purchase a file that has a link to access or a direct download file that is later removed from my shop's inventory, and you lose it, Enchanted Eye Creations is not responsible to replace it. Enchanted Eye Creations may review a request to replace the file but does not guarantee replacement of the file. Please save purchases to your computer and cloud/external drive to prevent loss.
