How are your items shipped?
To keep your order safe paper items are placed in protective non-PVC sleeves and packaged in rigid cardboard mailers to prevent bends.
Orders $100 and over ship Ground with real time tracking and insurance.
Orders under $50 ship using Etsy's letter mail service (Pitney Bowes). This gives you a tracking number, but it does not use standard USPS package scans, and may show inaccurate data. Rest assured its normal, but feel free to contact me if your item has not arrived 10 days after shipping. If you are concerned by this method we recommend upgrading your order to Ground at checkout.
