"Processing Time": the time it takes to make your order BEFORE it is shipped out. We design, finish, and package all orders during this time. A faster shipping option does not mean your order will be processed faster, it simply means, that once your has been COMPLETED, it will take a certain amount of days to reach you.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 weeks due to the high volume of orders. Please send a message if you require a rush. Rush orders can be accepted if they can be completed in the requested time frame.

Including your event/need by date in the order notes does not mean that we have agreed to meet this deadline, unless you have messaged us prior to placing an order, and we have advised you to note a date

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the location and the delivery service selected at checkout:

🇨🇦 CANADA SHIPPING ESTIMATES:
Standard Shipping - 1 to 7 business days
Xpresspost Shipping - 1 to 2 business days
Priority Shipping - 1 business day
Purolator Shipping - 1 to 5 business days (needs to be requested)

🇺🇸 USA SHIPPING ESTIMATES:
Standard Shipping (not tracked) - 5 to 8 business days
Xpresspost Shipping - 2 to 3 business days
Expedited Shipping - 4 to 10 business days
Tracked Packet Shipping - 5 to 13 business days
Purolator Shipping - 3 to 5 business days (needs to be requested)

We are not responsible for orders that arrive late due to weather or the carrier having delayed your package.

With each order tracking information will always be provided. We are not responsible for lost packages once Tracking Confirmation states that the package was delivered.

Once your package is delivered with confirmation we can no longer file a claim or redirect the package.

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase only. If it's a small order, and in stock, we may have already started it, and therefore cancellations are not accepted beyond this time. Please send us a direct message within 2 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel and fully refund your order.

After the 2 hour period, all sales are final.

All orders are made to order, we DO NOT do returns or exchanges on customized orders. All orders are final.

Exchanges: Customers have 7 business days from the time of delivery to contact us. Buyer must pay for return shipping back to Endless Temptations. A return label will not be provided.

Returns: All sales are final. If a return is granted, a return label will not be provided. A $5 per robe restocking fee will be withheld from the return total amount for each robe that has been opened from its original packaging.

Damages/Issues: Please check your order once it has arrived. If there are any issues, please contact us within 7 days upon arrival. A refund, exchange, or replacement will not be issued past 7 days. No exceptions.

If we made a mistake we will send a replacement.

IMPORTANT: To ensure the quickest turnaround time, design previews are not provided for personalized items unless specifically requested in the order notes.

If a design preview is requested, it will be sent via Etsy Conversation once we start working on your order. Design previews are only available AFTER the order is submitted.

We use premium vinyl for all of our personalization. At this time, we do not offer embroidery. We may also use sublimation for different designs.

If personalization information such as font type, font finish, or font colour is missing, we will complete the order using our default selection. This ensures that there are no delays.

If your order requires custom text/saying, you MUST pick the "custom" listing for that style swimsuit and color. You can only change your swimsuit color based on the information in the drop-down menu if available.

Swimsuits that are pre-designed can have their color changed.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Please refer to the size charts prior to ordering. We do try our best to ensure proper fit, however, with that being said, not every body is the same, and not every fit will be the same. We ask our customers to be understanding in that regard.

All swimsuits are FINAL sale and can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
