The shop owner ships your order quickly and I received it timely. The shop owner also includes a personal thank you. Very classy.

Return to Sender
Please double check your delivery address before ordering. If a package is returned marked "Return to Sender" there is 25% restocking fee.
Items sent with FREE SHIPPING will also have the cost of the shipping deducted from the refund in addition to the restocking fee. You will receive email notification of the refund.
I understand USPS sometimes makes errors and packages may be returned in error. If this occurs, the customer will receive a full refund.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correctly entered prior to placing an order. Once an item is shipped it can not be recalled. If tracking indicates "delivered" to the address selected on the order it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office or USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 to attempt to retrieve the package. No refunds or replacements will be provided.
Missing Package
If tracking indicates "delivered" to the address selected on the order it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact their local post office or USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.
I am happy to provide any information you may need to file a claim with USPS. If the investigation concludes your package is "lost in transit" please contact me so I can assist you further. If you package is lost in transit contact me with the details of the USPS investigation and I will gladly refund or replace it if the item is still available.
Packages that appear to be lost in transit as per the tracking information or confirmed lost by USPS must be reported to the seller within 30 days of the shipping date to be eligible for a refund.
Lost Packages
Shipping carriers are reporting an increase in transit time which is likely to continue during the holiday season. Due dates are only estimates and can not be promised by the date Etsy calculates. Please allow two weeks from the date of shipment for packages to arrive. If you package has not arrived by that time please contact me for further assistance.
