Will I receive my product by [insert date]?
We typically need 3-5 business days for production (or 5-7 business days during busy seasons). Please note that we can not control how long it takes for the item to arrive to its destination once we ship out so it is the buyer's responsibility to place the order in a timely fashion AND to purchase the appropriate shipping. We offer priority shipping for expedited service!

Can I use this specific font?
As long as the font is free to download, we'll be happy to engrave with it! Just leave a message indicating what font you'd like to use. *NOTE: not applicable to any love locks
Can I have my logo/design engraved?
For the most part, YES! We can engrave almost any image. Please send us your image in a vector file. Please note that there may be an extra fee applied. Some images will need to go through extensive editing in order to be used.
Does it cost extra for the engraving?
No, unless you want extra engravings on additional sides or an image. All of our products allow you to customize a message (as shown in the photos) without any added costs.

Can you send a proof before my item gets shipped?
Yes, we can produce a proof for you upon request. However, this may delay your turnaround time.
