Shipping information
All items are made to order and guaranteed to ship out within 1-4 business days by airpost with a tracking number. I will update your order with tracking info as soon as it's shipped. Delivery time withing 2-4 weeks. Please note the delivery time may vary.
You can change the delivery address or the personalized information of the product until I sent the item. Just write me.

PLEASE NOTE for personalized orders, all items will be final sale - can not be canceled and returned after the dispatch!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first.
If you want to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).
If you want to cancel transaction (after the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 50% (if it is personalized order) and Paypal fees + shipping cost.
