Custom and personalised orders

For memorial plaques, choose your size and fixing option, open Add personalisation and enter your wording in the listing fields. We send a digital proof through Etsy Messages before engraving. For made-to-measure control panels, follow the chosen listing: message us with dimensions, component openings and labels to agree the design and correct Etsy option before paying. Some listings also offer an online designer; enter the saved design reference where requested. Message us if you are unsure.

Sizing details

Available plaque sizes vary by listing. Common options are 100 x 50 mm, 150 x 75 mm, 200 x 100 mm and 250 x 125 mm; check the size menu on your chosen design. For control panels, agree the exact finished dimensions, openings and thickness before ordering, then select the matching Etsy option. Where size bands are offered, they are maximum dimensions rather than a promise of the finished panel size. Follow the listing instructions or message us for help.

Care instructions

Memorial plaques are laser engraved from 1.6 mm exterior-grade metallic-effect engraving laminate. They are rust-proof and suitable for outdoor use, but they are not solid brass or steel. Clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Control panels use durable two-ply engraving laminate and should be installed appropriately for their environment.

Are matching screws included with memorial plaques?

Fixing options and prices vary by plaque. Check the fixing menu and description on your chosen listing, then select an option that explicitly includes screws if you need them. An option marked no screws does not include a screw kit. Self-adhesive plaques and memorial stakes have different mounting arrangements. Etsy shows the price for your selected option before you add it to your basket; message us if you are unsure.

Will I see a proof before engraving?

Yes. Memorial plaque proofs are sent through Etsy Messages for approval before engraving. Control-panel orders include a dimensioned design check and manual production review, using the drawing or design reference agreed for that listing. An online-designer reference is needed only where the listing requests one. Please check all wording, spelling, dates, dimensions and openings carefully, and check Etsy Messages so we can finalise your order.

Wholesale availability

Repeat and trade control-panel orders are welcome. Message us with your business name, logo, expected quantity, panel dimensions and component list. Closely related repeat designs may qualify for trade pricing where the material, dimensions and manufacturing setup remain consistent; we confirm every quotation before you order.
