Custom and personalized orders
All personalization requests should be left in the personalization box when creating your order. This is the last step before adding your order to the cart. If you want to make a different change to the current design, you can send us a message.
We can add or remove sentences. We can make changes to the design colors. To do this, it is enough to send us the change you want to make together with the item link as a message.

Please stick to our size chart. It will help you make the right decision in choosing the appropriate size.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. To preserve the print for longer, wash inside out.
My cargo has an urgency. How can I speed it up?
If you want to guarantee your required delivery date, we recommend that you examine the rush and express shipping options. You can find them after adding your items to your cart and at the last stage before paying.
If you create an incorrect order, you must provide us with information before the label is created. Otherwise, changes can not be made to your order.
My address is wrong and my cargo has been returned to you!
If you have added an incorrect address to your order, the order will be sent back to our store by USPS. When your order arrives at the store, a message will be sent to you so that your cargo can be re-shipped. So don't forget to check your message box.
Please make sure that your address is correct. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct address.

What is the fabric and brand used?
We use the brand BELLA + CANVAS on all shirts and Gerber on all natural baby products.
In addition for BELLA+CANVAS brand;
•HEATHER COLORS: 52% Airlume Combed and ring-spun cotton 48% polyester 32 Singles 4.2 oz/yd^2.
•SOLID COLORS: 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 32 single 4.2 oz/yd2, 142 g/m2

We can not accept returns or exchanges because we make customized designs. Therefore, if you have any questions about the size, color options or design, you can contact us before placing an order. We will respond to your message as soon as possible.
If you have received a different item than the one you ordered, you can contact us. We will send the correct design to ensure your satisfaction. To do this, you can send a message with a photo of the item you received within 2 days.
