The glass is so clear and the engraving is beautiful! And it was incredible fast! This is one instance where you can trust the reviews and ignore the fuzzy, blurry picture they use to advertise with! So wierd that they wouldn't try to fix that but I'm so glad I decided to trust the other customers!

Item came in a very well wrapped package to avoid breaking which was very nice to see. When I took it out I got very emotional at how beautiful it was. I had a long personalized message on my vase so I was nervous at how it would turn out since I saw a lot of pictures in the reviews with short messages, but they did a beautiful job. It will make an amazing mother of the bride gift!
