Shop Policy

~ Please be advised: USPS has not been scanning in every package upon pickup, they are only scanning in 5 boxes a day due to being short staffed. So, some packages may not appear to be with them because they have not been scanned in upon pickup. They may be scanned a day to a few days later when they're nearing their destination. We ship every order on their ship date.

~We do not send proofs of font selection or text placement unless requested, so please be sure to check your personalization for spelling errors.

-All monograms will be lasered in the order in which they're typed. Monograms will be horizontally engraved.

-If you leave your personalization in all CAPS it will be engraved in all CAPS.
-CAPS do not look good in a cursive font, they're best done a Non cursive
font.

~All fonts on our font lists are depicted as best as possible, if you are unsure of a font you selected, we will gladly send you a mockup. Please request it either in a message or in the leave the seller a note section. Once an item is lasered using the fonts, colors, names we will not accept a return.

~Please do not leave QUOTATION MARKS unless you want them engraved.

~All vertically placed names on all of my tumblers in my shop are run over the entire length of my tumblers.
Regardless of the letter count.

~If you requested to have an additional side personalized, there is an upcharge unless stated in listing, please contact us for the link.

~If you included a note that has not been authorized for a specific date, please message me as I will not see it until right before your ship date.

~All lasering is done in SILVER and is not able to be changed.

~Glass is engraved in a frosted glass color, which is colorless.

~Leather items can only be engraved in the colors offered in the listing.

~If our shop has made any errors, please contact us and we will rectify the problem.
