The item was exactly as described and of very good quality.

Amazing quality and lovely customer service! Will definitely be buying from here again

I would love to tell you more about this bag but I never received it the order was canceled by the sellar

Item never shipped, took really long time for any communication

This item sucked and was not at all like the photo, super cheap quality, and bad bag material

the graphics which should be on the tote bag, is not printed / put on the bag in the way I was expecting after reading the product description. it is only a foil with an overprint which is attached / glued to the tote bag, this foil is not even well attached, it comes off on every side, it is not a product that was in the offer and is not matching the description,

I received my tote and after using it for the first time and placing things like my iPad and a blanket in there when I took the items out, the logo of the print (which was the Chromatica album track list) of my tote started peeling off. I can understand if this happened after a few months of use but for the logo to begin peeling after just the first time is just not right and good. Overall, considering it took forever for me to receive my order because I am in the U.S which was fine but I was very disappointed to see it peel off after the first use and the white paper-like material used to put the graphic on the tote was not very high quality, I would not recommend getting a tote because it will likely begin to peel after a few uses.

the letters came off the first day, very cheap material:(

Wouldn't recommend buying any products from this seller. The shipping time was ridiculous and the item I received was very cheaply made and looked nothing like the pictured product

I never received my purchase
