Do you offer combine shipping?
Yes, we do. The system will combine the postage at check out. Please add all the items to your cart and check out under on transaction.
Can I track my orders that are send via Untrack delivery option?
Unfortunately, any orders send via Untrack delivery option is not trackable. For any urgent orders, postage upgrade is available at checkout. We highly recommend you upgrade your postage for any urgent orders. The $2 domestics or $3.95 International postage is for UNTRACK service therefore I won't be able to provide any shipping statues update. We are not responsible for any delivery service delay cause by Australian Post. Please use Australian Post website delivery calculation time as a reference and also consider any of the delays that might cause due to extreme weather events, Covid , freight delays etc.
Current Domestic shipping timeframe is 2-3 weeks and 6-8 weeks for international shipping

Returns and Exchange Details
As your items are made to order, there is no exchange or refund on your order unless -
- The item is faulty
- You have been sent the wrong product or
- If there is an issue with your Personalization, (this does not including the decals fell off the products as part of wear and tear)
Before finalising your order please make sure that you have the correct item/colour. Please leave all necessary information for your personalisation.
As we all sometimes make mistakes, if an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 24-48 hours of notice. If the error was made on the customer's end, we will ship you a replacement at a discounted rate. Please message us and we will work through the details.
Australian Delivery
Standard deliveries take 2-7 business days.
Please also be aware that shipping time can fluctuate during holidays times and public holiday.
If you have purchased Express Post, your item/s should be delivered in 1-2 business days once it has been dispatched.

Our delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.
Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.
All estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.
We try to dispatch our order as early as possible to avoid any delays, however we will have no control of the postal service.
Pleas refer to Australian Post tracking for its latest delivery update before purchasing. We will not refund your order if your item is delay due to reason mentioned above - unless it was confirmed by Australian Post that the item has lost.
