The glass at the front of the clock was broken it would be helpful if the seller was to display fragile on the outside of the packaging also the minute had was broken the clock was expensive for the condition it was in

The clock machine was damaged however I am not sure whether it was damaged in overseas transit or domestic transit after customs check . The packing was perfectly done with extra care.

Dissatisfied my clock has gone in for repairs

Item arrived damaged. Quality of wood is poor only veneer a piece is glued to top which cam dislodge. Owner won't answer requests for return label

I would give zero stars if I could; I would sold a clock that a master clock maker (with over 30 years experience) told me was damaged AND irreparable before it was even shipped. I contacted the seller and gave them time to respond and I’ve heard nothing. I feel conned and swindled because that’s exactly what appears to have happened! Very expensive lesson learned… DO NOT COUNT ON THIS SELLER TO BE LEGITIMATE

I contacted them and had a response just about instantly. The clock was packed in a container that seemed like it was made specifically for the clock. I am very pleased with everything. Jeffrey Bogdanski
