By day I’m a part-time payroll specialist & bookkeeper and on my off hours I CREATE. I’m addicted to TV shows like Salvage Dawgs, Rehab Addict, and Fixer Upper; finding treasures at yard sales and proving to my husband I can make them fit into our more modern home; and pairing old-world and industrial items with the crisp & modern.
I love white-industrial-modern. An industrial wooden table paired with a crisp white chair. An old wooden folding chair re-invented in a classic off-white. Industrial metal sconces paired with a white birch tree brought inside. White-Industrial-Modern mix.
MY SIDELIGHT WINDOW PANELS
Here, you’ll see my original sidelight window panels. These are my own unique design that solve a common problem… that being to create a window covering for fixed sidelight windows that do NOT require rod-mounting, do NOT have heavy folds, and are NOT made of our grandma's sheers or lace (no offense to grandma).
Instead, I wanted to create a window panel that was BEAUTIFUL, COLORFUL, PRIVATE, and that I could HANG & REMOVE AT A MOMENT'S NOTICE TO CREATE INSTANT PRIVACY & WARMTH. The modern fabrics I choose make my designs not only practical but beautiful.
