Frequently asked questions
What if my package is marked as Delivered but has not arrived?
Sometimes packages are accidentally delivered to a nearby address, but they usually get sorted out and arrive within a few days.
For this reason, it’s standard to allow 2–5 business days after a “Delivered” scan to allow for delivery. If it still has not arrived, please message us so we can help with the next step.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on USPS and your location. We recommend ordering at least 1–2 weeks in advance for special events to allow for production and shipping time.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Because all items are made to order, changes must be requested within one hour. Once an order enters production, it becomes locked in the system and changes (including design updates, sizes, or shipping addresses) can no longer be made.
What if I entered the wrong information in my order?
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order. Since items are personalized and made to order, we are unable to offer free replacements due to customer entry errors. If a mistake happens, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help with a discounted reorder.
What if my item arrives damaged or there is a printing issue?
If your item arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please message me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are custom and made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will always do my best to help.
Can I see a preview of my design before it is printed?
Yes! If you would like a preview, simply request one in the personalization box or message me after placing your order. If a preview is not requested, your order will be sent directly into production to keep processing times as fast as possible.
Will the colors look exactly like the preview?
Previews are digitally enhanced, so colors may appear more vibrant on screen. Final printed colors may appear slightly lighter or softer depending on fabric, materials, and screen resolution.
