Keep your jewelry away from water, solvents, and perfumes. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and do not use items as toys. Keep all pieces away from babies and pets, as they may contain small parts.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrap costs £5, i'll use enough packaging material along with a 'Fragile' sticker so to be handled with care.
Only small to medium size items can be gift wrapped ie jewelry or small mirrors etc. Large items are posted with airbags. OR I can include the materials so you DIY, contact me to discuss.

I am not liable for damaged or lost packages, delivery delays, or customs delays — please contact your carrier directly.

Refunds are not provided for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and being available to receive their parcel.

Your cooperation in following the instructions provided when your item is posted is greatly appreciated.

Deliveries may take longer than usual during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

I declare that all handmade items are my own designs or created using components I have legally purchased. I hold full rights over my products and artwork.

Please contact us before sending any return. Items must be sent back ASAP in their original packaging.

Jewelry: unworn and in its plastic bag.

Larger items: use the original wrapping.

Notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

International: return within 7 days.
UK: contact me within 2 days.
Items must be returned in the same condition to receive a full refund, as per Etsy policies. Returns outside the stated time window may be declined.

As of 21/02/2023, I use Royal Mail Click & Drop with fully documented postal labels.
For larger items or if you prefer tracking, I use EVRI. You’ll see all shipping prices at checkout — simply choose the option that suits you.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means all import fees, duties, and taxes are paid upfront at checkout. No surprise USPS charges, no extra bills, no delays. The USA updated customs rules, so to keep things smooth and transparent, I now ship with DDP. Costs are auto‑calculated based on item value, category, and standard US import rates. One payment, no drama — your order arrives faster and fully cleared.

DDP covers all import fees and includes full tracking for smooth, delay‑free delivery. You can choose a non‑tracking option if you prefer, but DDP still applies. The price difference between tracked and untracked shipping is usually £5–£6, and the shop isn’t responsible for issues with non‑tracked services. Just contact me if you’d like to discuss the options, but please note the shop isn’t responsible for delivery delays.
