ErTuStudio Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, share, and retain personal information when you purchase from ErTuStudio, contact me, or use my services through Etsy. This policy does not apply to Etsy’s own practices, which are covered by Etsy’s Privacy Policy.

1. Information I Collect

To complete your order, I may receive your name, email address, Etsy username, order details, and transaction information from Etsy. You may also provide photographs, editing instructions, and other information through Etsy Messages. Etsy processes your payment, and I do not receive your full payment card details.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your information only as necessary to:

• Complete and deliver your requested photo editing service
• Communicate with you about your order
• Provide revisions and customer support
• Comply with Etsy’s policies and legal or tax obligations
• Prevent fraud and resolve disputes

Your photographs and personal information will not be sold or used for advertising, public display, portfolio use, or unsolicited marketing without your explicit permission.

3. Information Sharing

I share information with Etsy only as necessary to provide my services and comply with Etsy’s policies. Limited information may also be processed by trusted software, storage, or technical service providers where necessary to complete and secure your order. Information may be disclosed when legally required.

4. Data Retention

Original and edited photo files are retained only as necessary to complete your order, revisions, and customer support. These files are normally deleted from my working storage within 30 days after order completion. Limited transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations.

5. International Data Transfers

ErTuStudio operates from Türkiye. Information from EU or international buyers may therefore be processed outside their country of residence. Such processing is limited to completing the order and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

6. Your Rights and Contact

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or submit a complaint to your local data protection authority.
