The communication and service were very good — the seller was kind, responsive and professional throughout the process. The shoes are well-made and the quality of the materials is good. One thing only, If you are between sizes (for example closer to a 37 but ordering a 38), the shoe may feel slightly long. In my case, this caused my toes to be slightly visible, which I personally don't prefer. But they're good. I would definitely recommend asking any questions or clarifying details about sizing and product options beforehand — the seller communicates clearly and is honest, which is very helpful. I recommend 100%!

4.75/5 if I could, but only marked down because: 1. the top strap was a little short for me to actually be able to do it up, but that was solvable with an awl on my side. 2. the guideline document for full detail was a little confusing (something lost in translation) but as long as you take all those measurements (round up a little bit if anything!) and communicate the actual locations clearly, you'll get a lovely custom set of boots like i did. Overall though, actually quite high quality. The leather is good, the soles are great, flawless finish. Surprisingly lightweight. Holding up beautifully after half a dozen long wears so far. If you have particularly wide feet or high instep, etc. have a chat with the shop and they'll graciously guide you through it all.

They are comfortable and look durable. Fast delivery. The suede is less velvety than what you usually find in closed-toe shoes—but according to the AI's description, leather in summer sandals is supposed to be thicker so it doesn't deform quickly. The only issue is that the holes on the straps are not punched evenly, so I'll have to make additional holes on one of them.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for: barefoot, zero drop, wide toe. Also, they are cute! They look like actual shoes! The quality of construction is so much higher than I expected. They are very comfortable. Also, the leather is buttery soft and clearly a quality material. I couldn't be happier. :) Shipping took a while since it came from Ukraine. However, the seller kept me updated on the process. I have absolutely no complaints. Also, I'm happy to support businesses in Ukraine! Now I need several more of these shoes in different colors.
