How to Download
After purchase, your files are ready instantly. Sign in to Etsy.com (downloads aren’t available in the app), go to Your Account → Purchases, find your order, and click Download Files. You’ll also get an email from transaction@etsy.com
with a download link—check spam if you don’t see it. To download on mobile, open Etsy.com in a browser like Safari or Chrome.

Using an Apple ID Account
If you used “Continue with Apple”, Etsy’s download email may not reach you due to the “Hide My Email” setting. To access your files, sign in at Etsy.com with Continue with Apple, then go to Purchases to download directly. Etsy’s automated email can’t be resent by sellers.
Printing and Sizing
Each item includes high-resolution files suitable for your chosen format. For wall art or TV frame art, please see your selected item’s description for exact sizing, aspect ratios, and recommended frames or displays. This ensures you have the most accurate information for your purchase.
Custom Resizes
Need a specific size? I’m happy to help. Please check your selected item’s description for available sizes and options, then send me a message before purchasing to confirm a custom resize. One custom resize is included per order
Where Can I Print My Artwork?
➤ Online Printing: Online printing services will generally provide the best quality and offer the most printing options. Some of my personal recommendations include Finerworks.com, Posterjack.com, and Mpix.com
➤ Local Printing: Large supply retailers like Staples offer print services that are both convenient and affordable. Local print shops in your area are another convenient choice!
➤ Home Printing: If you have a high-quality printer, you can easily print your artwork at home. Please ensure you use suitable art paper and ink to avoid quality issues. Printing services will provide better results, however, and are recommended instead.
When printing online, please upload files directly to the printer's website - not via email.
What Type of Paper Should I Choose for My Artwork
A textured matte paper or card stock is a perfect budget-friendly choice! You can also print on canvas.
Archival fine art paper with a slight canvas or watercolor texture will result in the most authentic art reproductions. If the print shop offers it, you can choose Giclee printing, which is a higher-quality print process that provides a better resolution and quality.
DIY Resizing
You can easily use the tools found in most online print services to resize the artwork yourself if your desired size is under 25x36" (63.5 x 91.5 cm).
Please use the 5:7 Ratio file for DIY resizing. When you upload the artwork with your printing service and select your desired size, the artwork will scale down proportionally while retaining its high-resolution, and it should let you adjust the artwork around so you can choose exactly which parts of the artwork you want to appear within those new dimensions.
