Care instructions
Tumblers - Dishwasher safe
Mugs - Dishwasher and Microwave safe
Apparel - Machine wash: warm or cold. Tumble dry low heat. Do not iron. Do not steam. Do not dry clean.
Throw Pillows - Machine Wash. Hang to dry, do not put in the dyer (if you do use low heat.) Do not iron. Do not bleach
Phone Cases- Wipe with a damp cloth and dish soap.
Notebooks- Use a dry cloth to wipe the cover. Do not get wet.
Tapestries- Cold machine wash with similar colors garments using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low settings or hang dry. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
Tote Bags - Pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping or packaging. If you want a note sent along with your order send us a message and we will see what we can do.
Sizing details
Please check the photos of the apparel listing for the size chart. All of our size chart measurements are accurate.
Women's Petite/Slim T-Shirts run small, so please double check your measurements.
All of our sweatshirts, ringer t-shirts and raglan shirts are unisex sizing.
I received my order today and not all my items are here, where is the rest of my order?
Multiple items may be shipped separately.
We do our best to message each customer if items are shipped separately, but sometimes your item is shipped and delivered before we can send you a message. Etsy only allows us to attach one tracking number per order, and once the first item ships your order is automatically marked as complete. We promise all your items are on the way! Please send us a message if you have any concerns about your order.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, we can do an exchange but you are responsible for shipping costs back to us. Send us a message and we will give you the return address. All of our listings have accurate size charts as well as any important sizing information that you may need to know. If you are unsure of what size you need, send us a message and we will help you out.
The design/pattern doesn't look the same as the photo! What's going on?
Most of our orders are shipped directly from our printer. There may be a print error on your product. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo. Please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.
Custom and personalized orders
Our free flat rate shipping times (US only) are 5-8 business days.
International shipping times are: 4-12 days in Canada, and 5-20 days internationally.
If your item has shipped and you haven't received your item in that time frame, please send us a message and we will contact the shipping carrier.
