Custom and personalized orders
Can I put multiple horse/dogs on a sweatshirt and does it cost more? I can and it doesn't! Simply include a note with your order that you want multiple horses/dogs.
Can I draw dogs in horse portraits, or add other misc animals? YES! I can always combine different species in portraits. I also love the challenge of drawing new animals and have drawn a variety of unique pets and can definitely draw yours if provided quality photos.
Care instructions
Cups:
I do not recommend putting any of our mugs or cups in the dishwasher. They are made with permanent vinyl, however, hand washing is the best way to preserve the longevity of the product. Dish wash at your own risk.
Apparel:
We recommend line drying your apparel items to preserve the longevity of your products. If you have any issues with you apparel, please contact us immediately so we can offer solutions and rectify any problems. If you piece does get put in the dryer by accident and your design begins to peel, place a piece of parchment paper over the design and use your iron (on cotton setting) to firmly rub over the affected area for 15-30 seconds (keeping the iron moving) to reattach.
How is the durability of your bridle and blanket tags?
Our bridle and blanket tags may seem thin, but they're designed that way! The lightweight material I use does not clink or jingle, and because they're so light, most horses don't notice them on bridles! They are stamped, rather than etched, which mean the writing will never wear off!
