Anything that is not ready to ship is a custom order and not returnable. I will consider an exchange depending on the item.

I will accept returns for refund if the product is defective and I am notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. You must notify me in advance of your return and receive an email confirmation. I must receive the product back within 15 days of notification of intent to return. Please contact me first as my shipping address differs from the return address.

Bracelet Sizing:

The best way to measure your wrist is with a fabric tape measure. The measurement should be taken at the smallest part of the wrist between the hand and wrist bone. If you don't have a fabric tape measure, you can use string and a ruler. You will need to wrap the string around your wrist and measure it. After you measure it, cut it to the length you measured. Wrap it around again and make sure that it is a perfect (not loose) fit. If it is loose and overlaps, cut again and double check, then send me the final measurement.

Ring Sizing:

Most jewelry stores will size your finger for free if you are unsure of your ring size.

Care of your new jewelry:

It’s recommended that you keep your piece out of the shower, tub, swimming pool etc. Don’t wear delicate jewelry to bed as this puts extra stress on fine wires and links. Some gems are sensitive to heat and fluids so it’s best not to clean your handmade piece in an ultrasonic cleaner. A soft cloth is the best method. Exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals like bleach can ruin metals.

Store your jewelry in air tight plastic baggies not loose in a box as glue fumes can permanently discolor jewelry.

With wear, strung items will stretch over time and require re-stringing. It’s recommended that you have your beaded jewelry checked every 6 months for signs of stretching. I offer discounted restringing.
