Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Please double check your shipping address during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.
How quickly can you ship my order?
All turnaround times are listed for the products. Most turnaround times are roughly 3-5 days, but we also offer rush orders for next day turnaround.
Returns/Exchanges?
Non-personalized products can be returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping it back. All of our products are made shortly after you place the order, so there is a 25% fee for non-defective returns.
Can I make changes to my order after submitting it?
We have very quick turnaround times, so your order is made very quickly after you place it. If your order has not been made yet, we can certainly adjust it for you. If it has already been made, we will not be able to change the order.
