Can I request a custom size ❓
✅Yes, we have items that we can make to your
specific size (bust, waist, hip) requirements, please email us before placing your order.
Email us to clarify your order. We will be happy to customize product to fit you perfectly.
Do you accept returns❓
❌We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our items.
Please note:
All swimwear is considered intimate apparel and is non-returnable.
Most items are made to order or sewn to your individual measurements, which makes them ineligible for refund under Etsy’s custom order policy.
🛠️ If there is an issue
If your item arrived defective or incorrect due to our mistake, we’ll make it right. Please message us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Do you accept exchanges❓
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The hygienic liner (sanitary sticker) must be intact and attached.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Exchanges are accepted only for size adjustments or defects due to our error.
📦 Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must use tracked shipping.
How long does it take to process and ship my order❓
All pieces are handmade to order in our studio.
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.
