How long does it take to deliver?
Usually shipping time out from Odessa, Ukraine takes about 10-25 days, but it may be some shorter or longer.
I ship orders during 4-8 business days. If it mark ''made to order'', I need some time to complete your order.

I use standard shipping with tracking number:
$5.50 - for jewelry
$ 7.50 - for deer antler hair clips
All packages sending via Ukrpost, our country registered mail.
Also, available a combined shipping for you, the next item will cost only +$1 to shipping price. If you buy wholesale order, shipping cost may vary, it depends on the weight of the parcel.
Do you accept express shipping?
Yes, in my shop available express shipping via EMS Ukraine. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and country, usually cost is about $45, estimated time to delivery 4-8 days.
How to buy and pay?
I accept only PayPal and credit cards.
If you don't have a PayPal account, just choose "pay by credit card" on the PayPal page ( www.etsy.com/help/article/1939 - step 2 ).

A lot of my jewelry can be made with changes of the customer. It may be the color, size, shape, length of the chain.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders comes in gift wrapped box and tied with jute. Beautiful handcrafted boxes are made by my assistant. I can add a free greeting card with your notice, if you would like to buy smth for gift-giving. Please feel free to contact me.

Care for jewelry made of RESIN
Items made of resin are water resistant but not completely waterproof. I use only high quality ''Pebeo Gedeo Crystal Resin'' to make my jewelry. This resin is clear, non-yellowing, has the most homogeneous structure. Items made of resin are durable, do not break like glass, to preserve the transparency and strength of the resin for many years - only necessary to avoid prolonged contact water, perfume and direct sunlight - let resin jewelry is stored in a box or another dark, dry place when you are not wearing them. If you would like to clean resin jewelry, do not use water - enough to wipe the resin lens with a soft cloth.
Care for jewelry made of POLYMER CLAY and GLOWING JEWELRY
POLYMER CLAY
Do not bend jewelry made of polymer clay - this is strong material,
but does not like to fall from a height. I use only high-quality brands of polymer clay in my creations (like a FIMO, Sculpey, Cernit).
You can wipe the polymer clay jewelry with a soft cloth or gently rinse with water, then blot dry. Do not keep the product out of clay for a long time in a humid environment, in the cold or the heat, avoid contact with perfume.
GLOWING JEWELRY
My glowing jewelry made using luminous polymer clay.
Jewelry glows in the dark for a few minutes (usually 3-5), in the ultraviolet - glowing factor will be extended. The glowing factor can be enhanced by natural light, or light bulb, or ultraviolet light bulb.
Care for jewelry made of METAL (chains, rings, necklaces, etc.)
All my jewelry have metal details, chains, etc. How to care for metal jewelry?
Avoid perfume, moist environment, not bathe with jewelry. Clean metal easily by washing the product with water and soap, then gently pat dry with a towel. If there are details of other materials which can not be wet - avoid them falling into the water.
For more efficient metal cleaning, you can use hydrogen peroxide or soda - put it on the metal and rinse with water, do not leave long. Also you may to wipe chains, rings, earrings and pendants of metal using wet wipes.
