About Our Products
All our products — including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories — are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners (Printful and Gelato).

This means every item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing time: 2–7 business days (your item is made to order after purchase)
Shipping time (UK): 3–7 business days after fulfilment

Shipping time (International): 7–21 business days after fulfilment
Total delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and our production partners

Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods such as holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
Because every item at Ethos Thread is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Colour appearing slightly different on screen vs in person

We strongly encourage you to check the size guide on each listing carefully before ordering.

However, we will always make it right if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item entirely
Your order is lost in transit

In any of these cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Sizing
Please refer to the size guide included in each product listing. Sizes can vary between products and styles. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

Personalisation & Customisation
If you are ordering a personalised or custom item, please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order. We print exactly what is provided and cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-submitted information.

Cancellations
As orders go into production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order as it may already be in production.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners. Please allow a few extra days before getting in touch as occasional delays can occur with postal services.
