When will my order ship?
All EttStudioCo items are MADE TO ORDER, which means each shirt is printed specifically for you after you place your order. Here's the timeline:
• Processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
• Shipping time (USA): 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS
• Total estimated delivery: 4-8 business days from order date
During peak seasons (4th of July, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.), processing may take 3-5 business days due to higher order volume. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Most of my shirts run TRUE TO SIZE with a relaxed unisex fit. Since fits can vary slightly between styles and brands, here are general guidelines:
• For a relaxed/oversized look: order your normal size
• For a fitted look: size DOWN one size
• For an extra-oversized look (trending style): size UP one size
Please check the size chart in the listing photos for exact measurements before ordering — each listing includes the specific chart for that shirt. Sizes typically range from S to 3XL on most designs.
If you're between sizes, I generally recommend sizing up since 100% cotton shirts can shrink slightly in hot wash/dry cycles. Still unsure? Send me a message with your measurements and I'll help you choose.
What kind of shirts and printing do you use?
I work with high-quality garment-dyed and ring-spun cotton shirts from trusted apparel brands. Each listing specifies the exact shirt brand and style being used. My selections share these qualities:
• 100% ring-spun cotton (or premium cotton blends)
• Heavyweight feel with soft, broken-in hand
• Rich, lasting color from garment-dyeing where applicable
• Unisex fit, with sizes typically ranging S–3XL
For printing, I use DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer technology, which produces:
• Vibrant, full-color prints with sharp detail
• Soft hand-feel (you barely feel the print on your skin)
• Excellent durability — won't crack or fade with proper care
• Works beautifully on both light and dark shirt colors

To make your DTF print last for years, please follow these care guidelines:
• Wash in COLD water, inside out
• Use mild detergent (no bleach, no fabric softener)
• Tumble dry on LOW heat or hang dry (recommended)
• Do NOT iron directly on the print — iron inside out if needed
• Do NOT dry clean
Following these instructions, your print will stay vibrant and crack-free wash after wash. Comfort Colors fabric also gets softer with each wash, so your shirt will only get more comfortable over time.
What's your return policy?
Because every item is MADE TO ORDER specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your size and color selection before ordering — the size chart is in every listing's photos.
HOWEVER — I absolutely stand behind my work. If your order arrives:
• Damaged in transit
• Misprinted (wrong design, wrong color, print defect)
• Wrong size sent (my mistake, not yours)
• Wrong item entirely
Please message me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and I will make it right with a replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction matters to me.
