Do the labels come adhered to the item?
Yes! All of our items (except for water, cigar and alcohol labels) come with the item shown with label adhered.
Do you provide design proofs?
Yes! After we receive your confirmed/paid order from Etsy, we will work on the design and email proofs for you to review and approve before printing. We also include free revisions to make sure you're 100% happy before we print. (note: we can not provide proofs for the personalized napkins).
Do I have to choose the designs shown in your listings?
No! You do have the option of choosing one of the designs shown in our listings and personalize with your own colors, text and image.
Or we can create a custom design for your event at no extra charge!
How do I personalize my order?
Instructions for personalizing your order are noted in the listing description. For the majority of the orders send us the following design request details via Etsy conversation or in Buyer's notes:
- Choice of Design ( refer to design shown in listing or event theme if custom)
- Preferred Color Scheme
- Text for Labels
- Attach Photo or Image (if applicable)
