Please use your web browser to access your files and locate your order.

A "Download Files" button that leads to the Downloads page can be found to the right.

Alternatively, the download link will be sent to the email address you used to make your purchase.

The "transactions@etsy.com" email contains a download link for files.

I’m having trouble downloading my files, what should I do?

Can I exchange a digital product?

I'm sorry, but since my products are digital, I can't accept returns or exchanges. However, if you send me a note, I'll do my best to come up with an answer.

Yes! All digital items from my shop are in PDF format, and will work wherever you have a PDF reader.

Will I receive a physical item through mail?

No, no items are physically printed or shipped. You will only receive digital files.
