For instant / digital download products, no item will be shipped. Non-personalized digital items will be available for instant download immediately after successfully checking out and paying for your product(s). Personalized items will require personalization service from me and once you approve your proof, I will provide link(s) to access your downloadable once they have been created.

For printed items, the timeline Etsy provides during your ordering process reflects my current processing time regardless of shipping method purchased. Shipping times begin AFTER the order is mailed. Please message me if you need your order shipped sooner; we do our best to accommodate every request.

Please message me immediately if the shipping address on your order is incorrect. Once you correct your address in your profile, I will ask you to place a new order and cancel the previous purchase (if it has not already shipped).

I cannot guarantee the service of the shipping provider. I can only guarantee my service and provide proof of shipment. Once the item is in the care of the shipping provider you must use the tracking information for location and delivery details. If there is an issue of non delivery please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.

I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date with USPS First Class, Ground Advantage and Priority Mail services. USPS Priority Express Mail and certain UPS services come with a guarantee.

We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

I can accept most spreadsheet formats including google sheets, Excel and Numbers files. The spreadsheet will need to have at least 3 columns where all names are in one column, all addresses in another, then city state and zip can either be in another column together or separated out into 3 more columns.

Proper case and syntax should be followed in all columns and be provided in the exact way you'd like each label to appear on the label (disregarding fonts as that will be dictated by your purchase).

Yes all packages are sent via USPS with tracking (as the standard default). Tracking numbers are include on orders once a shipping label is created. You can click on the tracking number when viewing your Etsy order to obtain the latest tracking information. Note: I strongly recommend clicking the link that takes you to the USPS site for tracking information since Etsy does not always show the latest status.

Proofs are provided for all custom and guest address label orders (excluding PDF Downloads). Otherwise, proofs are available upon request and when no proof is requested, items most often will be printed and mailed without sending a proof.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO GET YOUR ORDER TURNED AROUND QUICKLY...
If a proof is requested or deemed necessary by me, I will send a proof within 1 business day via Etsy Messages so please be sure to check your "Messages" area frequently for communication from me or your order could be delayed.

NOTE: If I do not receive a proof approval/response within 2 business days, I will proceed with printing and mailing out the order using the proof that most matches the design of the product you purchased.

If there are quantities available in one of the drop downs, please choose from there and disregard the "Quantity: 1" element, as it is a standard component set by Etsy and is not removable (only modify it if you need additional sets and the other quantity option does not adequately reflect the desired quantity of labels).
