Frequently asked questions
Do your spells really work?
I've had positive feedback about the success of my readings and the spells I craft. I treat each reading and item as very special, powerful things.
Where do you get your botanicals?
When possible, I gather my herbs and flowers from my own property, which are organically grown without pesticides or poisons.
Do you use fragrance oils or essential oils for your ritual oils?
I only use high grade essential oils and carrier oils, such as jojoba, almond, apricot, olive, or grapeseed.
I notice you have curse items, such as D.U.M.E. oil . Isn't that forbidden and part of the "Rule of Three" in Wicca?
I do not judge, and I believe firmly in balance. As much as the Rule of Three is recited, people will seek revenge if wronged. If we believe the Rule of Three, the person being hexed must have previously put out negative energy, and is now getting their comeuppance. The one activating the curse is, thus, simply restoring balance.
Tread carefully.
I'm new to Witchcraft. What is the purpose of dried rose petals?
Dried rose petals are an excellent offering in spellwork and rituals, and enhance ritual oils and incense. Roses are one of the most beautiful, fragrant flowers on Earth, and when working with deities and entities, rose petals are a generally accepted offering.
I offer many colors to suit the practitioner's taste, as well as the ritual. For instance, while red roses are, to me, the most ceremonial color, other colors work well depending on the ritual or spell. For example, I use softer colors such as pale green or yellow for lighter, cheerier oils. Pink petals are added to the goddess Venus oil. The most important thing is that the specific color calls out to you.
Where should I store my oils?
Please store the oils in a dark, cool place away from sunlight.
How do I charge my items with energy?
It depends. Some people use water (if the item is waterproof), the light of the full moon, sunlight, or your own energy. You may also purify your items with smoke.
