Working on a new design for printable First Year Infographic in the shop today! This is pink watercolor. Keep an eye out for new themes and colors!
Working on a rainbow design for the printable pregnancy books just added to the shop. Not so awesome cell phone picture, but keep an eye out for more and more colors and designs to come!

Making an Extravaganza First Birthday Party

When our daughter turned one, I just had to have the perfect party for her! She was such a joy to us and a miracle to behold. So, I picked a theme and scoured the internet for the perfect designs for the party.

What I found, is that if you want something, you need to do it yourself. So, I made the printables for my daughter's party myself and it was quite a success!

I had so much fun designing and making my invitations, decorations, and announcements that I decided I wanted to make more! This is where the Etsy shop came to be. We started as a jewelry design shop, but I have made the switch to a new purpose.

I know the time it takes to design your own parties and put the special touches on them. I want to take the time out of the effort. I decided I could design and prepare the details and all anyone had to do was push print.

It's as easy as a click of a button!

Your orders are my top priority. I am the full time working mother of a very mobile 3 year old, so please be patient with me!

If you place your order during a weekday, I can work on your order from 10AM-2PM CST

If you place your order during the weekend, turnaround times are likely faster.

Regardless of day, I will respond to your order, within the stated turnaround time. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days.

Feel free to contact me via "contact seller" with any questions and I will be happy to address them as soon as possible! (I check my Etsy account frequently throughout the day, but definitely once a day.)

We will send a design proof for your review before sending the final revision. Once the design proof is delivered, design chosen may not be canceled or changed, so please be certain of your design choice prior to making your purchase. We will work with you to make sure your personalization is to your liking on each design. I am willing to work on the colors and the fonts to your liking without extra charge.

No refunds or exchanges are possible, due to the personalized nature of our products.

Shipping
Hi Resolution (300dpi) JPEG PURCHASES: Pre-made Design proofs will be emailed to the email address on file with Etsy within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. Once the proof is sent, you have 3 days to make changes and revisions, but the sale is final and will be marked as shipped.

Custom Design proofs will be emailed to the email address on file with Etsy within 2-5 business days of the payment clearing. Once the proof is sent, you have 3 days to make changes and revisions, but the sale is final and will be marked as shipped.

RUSH processing may be available for an additional fee ($5.00). Contact the shop owner PRIOR to purchase to check availability and pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Reasonable attempts will be made to provide the customer with the product as listed and to their satisfaction, however due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be issued once payment has been received.

It is the buyer's responsibility to read the item description. ALL listings are for JPEG files. *** It is the buyer's responsibility to note that ALL items are printable JPEG.

Events You Can Print is not responsible if a buyer does not read the item description fully.

COLOR VARIATIONS:

The listings specify the colors that the invitations currently come in. I recognize that you may have a different color scheme in mind. If you would like a different color for the design, please contact me prior to ordering so that we can make you a custom listing.

Printed colors may vary from one computer screen to another, one printer to another and even with different types or brands of paper and ink and also with the choice of printer settings. Events You Can Print is not responsible for the resulting color variations. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS and no design revisions of colors if you do not like the colors when printed. (NOTE: Please make sure you print your proof at home and test the colors before taking to a printer or making mass prints)

FINAL PURCHASE FILE:

Pre-made designs that have been altered to fit your needs and custom designs will be sent to you with a link via email to the download with 'dropbox.com'. I hold all final purchases for 7 days from the final purchase file being sent to you via email.

Please make sure to save to your own computer or print before the 7 days, will not be able to keep files longer than 7 days, it WILL be deleted from my storage files. If for some reason you do not get your file out of my storage within 7 days, there are no refunds. If you need the file again, you can purchase it again from me for a fee of $10.00 - as I will have to re-design the order again.

DESIGN CHANGES:
Prices listed are for the items as listed. Alterations not listed are available AT EXTRA COST. Please contact me PRIOR to purchase if you are needing alterations. If you do not contact me PRIOR to purchase, there is no guarantee that your alterations can be made for the listed price.

All items are in English and cannot be translated into another language (unless customer can give exact wording they wish to have on the invitation.)

Personal photos can be included on SOME invitation designs. The listing will indicate which designs will accommodate your photos. (Please contact seller if you want to add a personal photo to an existing design that doesn't currently accommodate the format for a photo to be added.)

Events You Can Print CANNOT Photoshop any photo (including color changes, removing blemishes, adding graphics, etc). Basic cropping can be done only.

INVITATION SIZES:
Invitations come as a 5x7 JPEG file. I can change the design to a 4X6 for free. Any other file design change would be an extra $3 fee. Please put in the notes of the order that you want a 4X6 - contact seller if different dimension is needed before purchasing.

PDF files are not currently offered, conversion cannot be made at this time.

PROOFS/ PREVIEWS:
I will send you a proof of your customization 1-3 business days from the time the payment is received for your order. It will have a sample marker through the middle of the sample; this will be taken off after you are satisfied with the final product. (You may use this to print samples on your computer or send a printer for color sampling and printing dimensions.)

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Effective 5/01/2014: All custom orders (Orders that are not based on designs already stocked in the shop) will be a base fee of $20.00. This fee is to acquire necessary clip art for your design and/or the time it may take to make the design just how you want it. This will allow you unlimited amounts of proofs until we get the design exactly how you want it. (Effective 06/17/2015: This fee is for ONE design made in your custom specifications. Any additional designs to choose from are an additional $10)

Wording and color changes to existing orders are the same base price of the listing - only designs made from scratch are subject to this fee.

If you find that the designs in the shop are not QUITE what you are looking for, I am open to making a design specific to your theme, event, and idea. I love custom orders and I am very glad to whip something up for you!

A custom order will be based on a conversation that I have with you via contact seller and set up with you at the time of our conversation. So be sure to give me all details as to what you have in mind. If you would like a custom order, please feel free to contact me with the details of what you are looking for and I can tell you if I am able to design something that I think you would like. We can then discuss details and collaborate on making your printable invitation perfect for the event!

Please try to give me at least a 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to design a custom order request.

**You are responsible for paying that fee before ANY designs will be worked on. The fee is for my time and design work. I will create a custom order for you and once the order is bought and paid for, I can start the process of designing your custom order.**

**NOTE: Any contact or conversation for custom orders will be saved for a week from our last response. If you do not respond to custom orders within 7 days, the custom order will be removed and we can resume our conversations fresh when you are ready and able. This will restart ANY quotes or details that may have been given at the time of the original conversation.**
