What type of files do you provide?
I provide high-quality PNG files sized specifically for sublimation projects like tumblers, mugs, apparel, and more. All designs are created at 300 DPI for crisp, professional results.
Can I use your designs for commercial use?
Yes! You may use my designs for physical products you sell (like finished tumblers, mugs, shirts, etc.). However, digital resale or sharing of the files themselves is not permitted.
Custom and personalized orders
I currently offer personalized floral designs (like adding names, monograms, or custom text) within my Personalized Floral Designs collection. Feel free to contact me if you have a request!
How will I receive my digital files?
After purchase, your files will be available for instant download directly through Etsy. You’ll also receive a download link via email from Etsy.
I need a different size or shape - can you help?
In many cases, yes! If you need a tumbler wrap adjusted slightly or need a different size, feel free to message me before purchasing, and I’ll do my best to assist.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items?
