Once your purchase has gone through, you’ll be redirected to the Downloads page where you can find the ‘View your file’ link.
You will also receive an email from Etsy.
Alternatively, you can find your files at your Account - Purchases (https://etsy.com/your/purchases).
For downloading your files, please use Chrome or Safari on your device. The Etsy app does not support file downloads.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, you’ll receive the files immediately after purchase, and therefore all sales are final. Please review all items carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any repeat purchases, wrong items, etc., due to the nature of the products.
