Will I need to pay any duty or customs fees?
✅ USA
No worries, you don't need to pay anything extra. Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you.
✅ EU & UK
As long as your order is under €150, VAT is already collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't need to pay it again.
👉 Please keep in mind, though, that some countries may still apply additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by local regulations. If you ever have questions, I'll be happy to assist.
Order Preparation
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-2 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends.
Shipping & Delivery time & Delays
Standard shipping takes at least:
- 8-10 business days to Europe
- 9-12 business days to the United States
- 10-15 business days to Canada, Australia and New Zealand
- 10-18 business days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
Please double-check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors.
Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
Damage & Lost Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
How can I return/exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.
Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item is exchanged.
