5 out of 5 stars“Pssst…you wanna menu of dopamine?” Well ya know I do! It appears to be a thing that us ADHDers are deficient in the dopamine. I describe dopamine as the driver or the things that make you go “vroom vroom.” When you lack Dopamine you tend to just want to lie around because your get up and go just got up and left. It is not a good feeling to feel so aimless and useless. It truly sucks. So a dopamine menu is a great idea except for the risky dangerous stuff. When it is not so hot that your skin melts off your face like candle wax, I want to get a bit of sun each day. Right now one could call me a vampire. They lead a life of luxury you know. One of the other vendors was luring me with luscious shades of red. I forgot what I was saying. Oh yeah. Dopamine can help, if the focus is on healthy sources which you point out
