My partner and I recently started working through the monthly intentions date night. This season of our life together has been busy, and it has been hard to find moments to deeply connect and have conversations beyond what our kid is doing. The questions in this helps us to get our heads out of the day-to-day and think more broadly about the life we are building together.

I can't recommend this enough for couples! My boyfriend and I had such a lovely date night experience filling this out. For starters, the download is quick and simple and the pages print out beautifully. The guide is so well thought out and helped us connect on such a deep level. It does a wonderful job of giving a framework for how to air grievances in a lovely, thoughtful manner. I particularly loved the section on setting intensions as a couple which has helped up align our focus for the upcoming month.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for but haven’t been able to put into words. The thought and intention put behind this is so incredible. Can’t wait to dive in!
