4 out of 5 starsI’m updating my rating after the seller reached out and offered a full refund. I appreciate that they resolved the issue quickly. My original order arrived in poor condition because it was shipped directly from Amazon, and the bulbs were already rotten by the time I opened the box. The tracking number also didn’t match my address, which added to the confusion. Even though the seller made it right afterward, the experience itself wasn’t ideal, so I’m adjusting my rating to reflect both the problems with the order and the fact that the seller did take responsibility and offered a refund.

I will only change review if this issue can be resolved. very disappointed at my first experience here. shipping and delivery is horrible. hopes customer service rea hes out soon do I will cancel all pending orders
