Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not allow returns on personalized merchandise. If your item arrives damaged or with the wrong personalization, we will ship a replacement. We may require the item to be shipped back to us with a prepaid label.
If you are being sent a replacement item, please allow current production time for the replacement to be mailed. Some items have a longer processing time than others.
Non-personalized items can be returned for a refund less shipping within 5 days of receipt if you are unhappy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I change a design or font?

How long until my order ships?
We currently have a 5-7 business day processing time from order date to ship date. We process orders in the order received unless you purchase one of our rush processing options. Options for upgrading processing time are available at checkout!
Can I request a proof or mockup of my order?
Proofs are only sent upon request. Please allow 3-5 business days for a proof to be sent. Once approved, your order will be processed. Proofs that go unanswered will be made and shipped after 3 business days.
If you would like a proof before you purchase your item, you will be charged a deposit. Deposit price varies depending on complexity and quantity.
Messages and Emails
We only respond to messages sent through Etsy. Emails to our business email account will go unanswered if they are in regards to an Etsy order. Please allow 24-36 hours to answer messages. This time frame only applies to business days. Weekends and holidays are time spent with our families, therefore we do not work on those days.
