Everly Grayce began as a big dream in a small town. After conquering my college degree, I found I was still dreaming of 'what if', and eventually took the plunge to start my little business. Everly Grayce has grew into everything I knew it could be, and I am beyond grateful to wake up to do what I love everyday.

When will my order ship?

Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy gives an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Once the product ships, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order.

How long will it take to make this?

Each item has a specific turnaround time. Turnaround times are different than shipping times and the total days of both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase. Typically, our embroidered items range from 1-2 weeks, while our vinyl items range from 3-5 days. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing.

What if I need this by a specific date?

Our turnaround time is listed for each item, and varies. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing AND include the NEED BY DATE with the order. If we are not contacted or a need by date is not included with the order, there is no guarantee it will arrive for that date. If an order must be rushed or shipped Express, the customer is responsible for this fee and if not purchased, the item will not be shipped as an rush order.

Why does my package says delivered but isn't or tracking is not updating?

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling.

What if there is a mistake with my order when I received it?

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left and but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will not remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing. * If there is an error on our part, we will replace the item with a corrected item.

Can I change my address on an order?

Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full. If the item is at our store and not shipped yet, we try our best to change the address for you.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Because of our quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.*
