Shipping + COVID-19
We ship using USPS and you will be provided a tracking number. Will be shipped using first class for under 1lb or priority if over 1lb. We offer shipping upgrades; priority mail and express mail.
Due to COVID-19 and labor shortages there are currently some shipping delays. Please be aware that your order will possibly take longer than usual. Orders will always ship out within the time frame quoted by Etsy, but due to the USPS delays may arrive later than stated.
We are operating as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, please be aware that shipping is outside of our control.
We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes, and we sincerely appreciate your support and patience during this time.
Packaging
Typically items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope, with plenty of bubble wrap to protect your items.
Larger or heavier items may be placed in a cardboard box instead.
Missing Items
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! Often USPS marks your package as delivered, when they did not deliver it and it shows up at your home within a few days.
**However, please be aware that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 20 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.**
Normally this time is much shorter, but due to the large shipping delays because of COVID-19, we have had to extend this timeframe.
Returns
No returns will be accepted on personalized items, due to the nature.
However, if you have ordered a non-personalized item we will accept a return on these items if you are unhappy with the item, and will refund the full purchase price (less shipping) when we receive them in original condition.
