𝓘𝓷𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷:
1. After purchase, open your Etsy Account in your online browser (NOT the App), select PURCHASES and find our shop EVERPAGE
2. download your .epub file
3. open www.amazon.com/sendtokindle and log in with your Amazon / Kindle account
4. click ‘select files from device’ and upload your .epub file OR drag and drop your .epub file simply into the upload area
5. click sent and wait a few minutes - DONE!

Your digital file will be accessible by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases. Find your order in your list and at the bottom of your order is a link to your PDF file/files.

Alternatively, if you have checked out as a guest and not a registered Etsy user, you will automatically receive an email that contains the link to your file/files. Click this link to open the file. From there, you can click “CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD” to access the files you purchased.

I typically ship orders within 2–6 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

All items are made and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Planner covers, bookmarks, and dashboards are packaged in a protective waterproof sleeve and shipped in a flat mailer to prevent bending.

All orders ship with tracking included, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping is handled via Canada Post/ChitChat. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of my control.

All planner bookmarks, covers and dividers are made by me in my little studio here in house. They are carefully printed, laminated, hole punched and lovingly shipped from my hands to yours.

I am currently shipping with ChitChats which partners with USPS for US and international customers and also ships within Canada via ChitChat Select.

- You may use these designs 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 (e.g. journals, cards, stickers, packaging, or crafts).
- 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱.
- Your finished item must be 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 — please do not print and resell the designs “as is” (such as loose sheets or unmodified cutouts).
- You may print the files up to 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 for inclusion in handmade, physical items for sale.
- Selling on 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 such as Amazon, AliExpress, Wish, or Temu is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Some of my digital designs are zipped files. In order to print and use them, you need to unzip them first.

Shipping times may occasionally vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

United States orders ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
This means no additional customs fees or duties are due upon delivery.

All other international orders: any applicable import fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
