How do I access my purchase?
After purchase, Etsy will provide your digital download. Open the included Start Here file and follow the instructions to access your product.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. Everward Studio products are digital unless otherwise stated in the listing. Nothing will be shipped. Your files are available right after purchase under Purchases and reviews in your Etsy account.
What device or app do I need?
It depends on the product, and each listing lists exactly what you need. Goodnotes planners need an iPad with the Goodnotes app. Google Sheets products need a free Google account. Printables need a printer, and editable versions need a free Canva account.
Where is my information saved?
It depends on the product format. Goodnotes files stay in your Goodnotes app, and Google Sheets copies save privately to your own Google Drive. For browser-based products, saved information may be tied to the browser and device you use. I can't see anything you enter.
