When will my order ship?
At EveryFabric orders are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours. Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day. Deliveries may take 3-5 business days.
How can I ensure the accuracy of an item’s color?
While we make every effort to depict colors accurately through photos and videos, variations in monitor and mobile display settings mean we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy. Our photos are reviewed on color-corrected monitors to reflect the fabric's true appearance. However, differences in lighting conditions (daylight, LED, fluorescent, etc.) may also affect color perception.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes, we offer wholesale discounts and favorable terms for orders of 25 yards or more.For inquiries regarding wholesale discounts, please reach out to us.
Will I receive multiple yards as one uncut piece?
Yes, regardless of how many yards you order, it will arrive as one continuous piece.
Do you match colors across different fabrics or shades?
Absolutely! Keep in mind that color names like “ivory” or “red” can look different depending on the fabric type. If you're ordering multiple fabrics for the same project and want them to coordinate perfectly, simply add a note saying “please match colors” at checkout. We'll do our best to choose the closest matches or contact you with options.
Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
We do offer USPS Priority and Express shipping options. However, as a small family-run shop, we don’t currently provide overnight courier services.
Where can I find care instructions?
Each product listing includes care details specific to that fabric, so be sure to read the full description. Care instructions can vary depending on the material (like glitter tulle vs. satin), and proper care will help your fabric stay beautiful and last longer.
