Everyday Summit — hand-drawn artwork that’s familiar and uplifting.
Beauty is accessible. It doesn’t just come from the mountaintop but from all the little moments along the way.
A few years ago, I found myself struggling to find beauty. I had four really young kids and was losing myself in their constant needs. I needed to be creative, to find value in this time in my life before I got swallowed up. Everyday Summit arose from my need to pause and notice the beauty in my daily life.
I’ve always loved to draw. I got my first sketch book when I was six years old. To this day, I’ll sit for hours and just draw, full of joy. I draw images that are familiar and uplifting, like a favorite song heard in an unexpected setting or a scent that brings back a comforting memory. They’re thoughtful drawings that are detailed enough to look real but soft enough to feel approachable.
My artwork can bring a moment of beauty to any setting: nursery, office, or living room gallery wall. When you see my artwork in your home, I hope you pause to soak it up, taking a deep breath and remembering the beauty in everyday things. It’s imagining that little moment that excites me and encourages me to keep creating.
